Referral rewards are paid once the referee has made their first direct debit payment and is supplied energy. Referrals must be made through a personalised link. Existing customers and those who have been customers in the last 12 months are not eligible to be referred. Referrals via third parties or retrospectively claimed referrals are not eligible. Abuse or commercial use of the referral scheme may lead to deactivation of the personalised link or moving to a different scheme.
